10-Day Returns For Timepieces:
Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.
30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:
All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.
On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label, free of cost*.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.

Overall Condition: Outstanding condition overall. Case is excellent showing factory finishing and only faint signs of wear. Dial and handset are excellent without any signs of blemishes. Factory strap and pin buckle are in great condition.
What you’re looking at is not simply a great dress watch—it’s one of the defining designs of modern watchmaking.
When A. Lange & Söhne introduced the Lange 1 in the 1990s, it changed the conversation almost overnight. The asymmetrical dial layout, outsized date, off-center time display, and unapologetically German sense of proportion felt entirely new at the time—and remarkably, still do today. Plenty of watches have become icons. Very few have fundamentally reshaped the visual language of haute horlogerie.
The brilliance of the Lange 1 lies in its balance. On paper, the dial arrangement shouldn’t work. And yet every element feels perfectly resolved: the subsidiary hours and minutes at 9 o’clock, running seconds at 4, power reserve at 3, and the signature outsize date floating prominently above. It’s architectural, deeply intentional, and unmistakably Lange.
This particular Reference 191.028 from 2021 may be one of the strongest executions of the formula. Housed in a 38.5mm 18K white gold case, it pairs the cool tones of the case with a strikingly beautiful blue dial that adds even greater visual drama to the Lange 1’s asymmetrical layout. Applied white gold indices and matching hands create exceptional contrast against the backdrop, while preserving the restraint and clarity that define the model.
Turn the watch over, and the manually wound Caliber L121.1 with its updated 72 hour power reserve reminds you exactly why Lange movements occupy such rarefied territory. German silver bridges, gold chatons, hand engraving, black-polished steel—the movement isn’t merely finished beautifully; it’s composed beautifully. Every angle rewards attention.
Fitted to an alligator strap with a signed white gold pin buckle, this Lange 1 wears with the kind of authority only an enduring design can possess. Equally compelling today as it was when it first appeared.
Every modern dress watch still lives, in some way, in the shadow of the Lange 1.
